Golden Walk a benefit of children with Cancer in Venezuela
This Sunday, February 18, I had the responsibility of organizing myself in the company where I work to help the 3rd Golden 5k walk for the benefit of children with cancer.
The walk was developed thanks to @Fundanicocan, this organization was founded on January 16, 2014. Its president is Mrs. Jenny Lara de Moreno.
We made the proper registrations, and already at 6:30 a.m. the José del Carmen Torito Aristiguieta Stadium was located in the city of Anaco-Anzoátegui- Venezuela.
We started with a little dance to warm the "hard" rhythm of Daddy Yankee. They gave the voice of departure and a walk with much enthusiasm.
On the journey of the walk we danced, we shouted in support of these brave children who have had to go through this harsh disease. When they were missing 2.5 kilometers all left our hands marked on a white wall to make a nice memory in the streets of our city.
When it was only 1 kilometer away, the excitement and euphoria was even greater, paper and samba did not miss. We reached the finish line and received some beautiful medals. He did not have time to rest, already found on the stage a very beloved group in our country "Criollo House".
In September 2008, he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (cancer of the lymphatic tissue). He was admitted to the Luis Razetti hospital in the city of Barcelona, Venezuela.
There I fight for several months against this terrible disease and on January 18 of the year 2009 with 7 years old he closed his eyes. While in the hospital, many foundations supported us with medicines, toys, clothes.
I felt very happy to contribute a grain of sand in this walk, because currently the economic situation is more critical than at that time.

Excelente iniciativa y gran contribución a tan noble causa, en honor a esos niños que apenas están creciendo, pero que muchos superaron el Cáncer. Sino fuera por este medio, no me entero de la caminata. Excelente material, buen post...!!!
