Natural fruits for your health- Apples

I have been writing on natural fruits for health for sometimes now. In my last post i shared personal testimony of how the research have done so far have benefited me.

Am going to be taking the different types of fruits one by one in an alphabetical order, and today am going to be dealing on Apples.

It is actually going to be kind of interactive.
What do you know about Apple fruit?

Do you know that Apples has different varieties and can be taken in raw form and in cooked form- I know most of us in African countries especially Nigeria are not used to the form.

Do you know you can use apple to make apple food such as apple pie.
Do you know you can also use apple to prepare apple sauce and Apple drinks.

Do you know that Apple contains powerful element such as B-complex vitamin, vitamin c, phytonutrients and natural antioxidants which helps keep the body disease free.
Do you know that Apple also aids weight loss and the apples fibre aids digestion.

However apples seed can be poisonous as it contain a poisonous element known as cynamide.

In my country apples are one of the most eaten fruits (they grow everywhere) - raw or cooked, it doesn't matter.
But what do you know about their ph? Do they produce acidity in stomach or something like that? Similar to pineapple maybe? I've never searched for this info, but it came to my mind while reading your article
