Delicious chicken and bamboo shoot noodle soup.

I've recently turned 40 and I find myself more and more deliberately eating healthier food. Which is a good thing!

Today for lunch my mother-in-law made a delicious/healthy chicken and bamboo shoot noodle soup.

Me being an Aussie I dont usually eat this sort of dish very often. I wanted to share it with you. If anyone would like the recipe let me know and I'll upload it asap.
