Job-seekers can now choose to perform OUNA’s anonymous, global, decentralized Pyramidal Assessment. The online assessment utilizes 12 key parameters, and 40 significant skills are taken into consideration. The results are a uniquely accurate candidate profile, with an average validity of 86% — achieved while the profile remains totally anonymous. All this helping employees to identify and strive towards their ideal career destinies.

By utilizing the OUNA platform, employers can now determine the perfect employee profile for each of their available positions. Prospective candidates log into the OUNA platform and complete the Pyramidal Motivations assessment.
The results are transformed into unique mathematical profiles, and are added to the OUNA database. Processing of the profiles is controlled by Smart Contracts.
Employers log into the OUNA platform and generate THE IDEAL EMPLOYEE PROFILE by evaluating the best performing employees with OUNA’s Pyramidal Motivation Assessment.
The employer runs this PROFILE through OUNA’s database and identifies the candidate profiles that best match their requirements.
