Assalamu Alaikum friends. Wishing everyone good health. Hope you all are well. By God's grace I am fine too. Today I am here to participate in a wonderful learning competition organized by our teacher @anailuj1992. The topic of this challenge is SLC S21W5/ Video Games. So this is a very important competition where we can learn many important things. Below are some questions that I will answer correctly. So let's get started.

Indicates the name of the video game and how it is played.

A video game is an electronic game that is easily played on a computer or mobile device. It is a medium of entertainment, education and development of mental skills. So among all the children around me I have a favorite nephew named Bakkar. He loves this video game along with me. Now the video game I am going to discuss is called "Bubble Shooter". It is a very educational and fun simple video game that almost everyone has played at least once. This game will be very easy game for every kids.

How to download and install :-

Bubble shooter games are easily available on various platforms and are also very easy to setup. Search Google Play Store by typing "Bubble Shooter". Then select your favorite Bubble Shooter app and press the “Install” button. See screenshot below for details.

how it is played :-

Bubble Shooter is a popular puzzle-based video game where the goal of the child or player is to burst the colorful bubbles displayed on the screen. It is quite popular for its simple rules and fun gameplay.

To play it you have to adopt very simple method so see the screenshot. I open this game, then it shows me a page where it takes me to the game completely. Like every game this game has level by level system. We will continue to play according to this level. See the screenshot below,

Now burst the bubbles in such a way that the screen is cleared or a certain score is achieved. At the bottom of the screen is a bubble launcher that can be used to shoot different colored bubbles. Match the bubbles fired from the bubble launcher with the bubbles at the top of the screen. If three or more bubbles of the same color are together they burst. Aim for the right angle and position to shoot. As you can see in the screenshot below I did. Indirect shots can also be taken, where the shot from the bubble launcher ricochets off the wall.

Video games have a variety of effects on people's lives. As it is a form of entertainment, it also has some limitations. Below are the advantages and disadvantages of video games,

Improve mental skills	Ability to make quick decisions increases. Problem solving skills and strategic thinking are improved.
Improving hand-eye coordination	Attention and reaction time while playing the game improves hand-eye coordination.
Educational Standards	There are many educational games that teach children math, science, languages, etc. Some games are also useful for learning about history or culture.
Reduce stress	People get relief from the stress of their daily work through entertainment.
Social Connections	Relationships with friends and family are strengthened through multiplayer games.

Extra time wasted	Sometimes excessive addiction to gaming interferes with studies, work, and real-life responsibilities.
Health problems	Staring at the screen for a long time can damage the eyes. Lack of physical activity increases the risk of obesity and other health problems.
Addiction	Some kids become so addicted to games that they experience problems in their personal and social lives.
Risk of violence	Games with violent content can have negative effects on children, such as: increasing aggressive attitudes.
Cost	Game devices, subscriptions, and in-game purchases incur additional costs.

So I think video games have both advantages and disadvantages. It can be good for entertainment and education but should be played sparingly and consciously. Excessive addiction or uncontrolled use can have negative effects on health and life. So it is important to maintain a balance.

How old is the child? Do you think this video game is appropriate for the child's age?

I taught the game to a 9-year-old child. He respects me a lot and is very loyal to me. He is very interested and good at playing games besides studies. But at this age he might have passion for playing games. But he may not know how many advantages and disadvantages playing the game currently has for him. But I will present a few things to make sure that this game is actually age appropriate.

Reasons why video games are perfect for this child

• This game does not contain any violence, offensive scenes or pornographic content.

• It's as simple and fun as matching colorful bubbles.

• It improves the child's problem solving, patience and goal achieving skills.

• Being an intellectual game, it enhances concentration and strategic thinking.

• It is an entertaining and stress free game for kids.

• The game does not require complicated controls or rules to play which makes it easy for the child.

But what needs to be noted :-

• Limit playing time.

• Playing games for a long time can interfere with the child's learning or physical activity.

• Should not play more than 30-45 minutes per day.

• It is necessary to ensure participation in physical sports, studies and social activities without focusing only on playing games.

• Children may suffer from boredom due to repetitive tasks in games which increases the risk of addiction.

Bubble Shooter game is a safe and intelligent game suitable for my nephew or any 8-9 year old kids. However, as a parent it is important to ensure a balance between time limits and game play. Children should also be encouraged to participate in other healthy activities.

It was a very different experience. He was very excited to play the game when I told him in the beginning. So he was playing slowly like me. In the beginning, he almost put all the bubbles together. But later when he realized that these bubbles have to be matched with the same color then the bubbles will be blasted.

I like playing video games with kids. I told him if he could beat me I would feed him chocolate. At first he could not get along with me. But what I saw next surprised me as he overtook me. He suddenly found the babble change option and clicked on it, combined with other babbles and shorted them all and blasted away to win.

My Best Moment :-

I enjoy it when I teach someone and they become better than me. So I taught him in the beginning. But then he was completing all the levels. I taught him by holding the ball and he accepted all commands on his own. Some of them turned on the boost mode and launched the bomb mode to throw the ball.

Then all the bubbles burst together. Then I told him how to do it. Then we had a moment of going crazy laughing. I was really enjoying when he was passing all the levels effortlessly with the rules I taught him. Then he got three stars which was surprising.

Finally I promised him that if he can complete the level then I will give him chocolate. So at the end of the game I gave him a nice chocolate. He was very happy to get it and I was happy too.
