So let's start!

First, clean the bangus and put it on an aluminum foil. With a knife, slice the tomatoes, onions and ginger. Using also the knife, slit the side of the fish and put all the sliced ingredients inside.

Now we're done in wrapping all the Bangus/Milk fish. So, let's start to heat the charcoal. Make sure to spread the heated charcoal.

Next, put all the wrapped Bangus in the griller. It took 20 minutes per side of the fish to make the fish to be roasted well.
