Flowers in our life - Steemit Engagement Challenge WOX, S6 W1- Thanks for the participation - (#club100)

in WORLD OF XPILAR2 years ago

Hi friends!
I wanted to dedicate this publication to thank everyone who participated in this challenge that arises as a concern to promote the activity of the Stemians in the field of Visual Arts, trying they can also gain an important space, just like literary publications widely spread on Steemit.
We have wanted (at least that has been my conviction) to give it a character aimed at positioning with more emphasis the works with real artistic aspirations, for which we made a link between the lessons and publications related to the subject that we proposed in order to guide, stimulate and inspire you, so you could participate in the most successful way possible.
There were those who took it very seriously, presenting their work made with great dedication and care, there were others who were not so serious, and there were others simply showing something in a deplorable way, as usually happens in all areas.
Regardless of what your motivations may have been for accepting this challenge, I tried to evaluate your work honestly, without flattering or insulting the work of any of those who participated, commenting objectively, based on the established canons to judge artistic representations and keeping in mind that this is a precedent for future contests and above all starting from the premise that here we all learn from everyone.
I recognize that it is very difficult to pretend that highly elaborate works are presented when the time they give you to prepare the participation is so limited and without knowing in advance what the proposed topic will be. I trust that we can find a solution to this inconvenience if we want the samples to be better and better.

Hola amigos!

Thank you Jorge for your enormous dedication to our Initiative and engagement. I completely agree with you, seeing what we received for the first contest we can see that there is a “raw material” or the users with no background of doing art, despite of that we can see that some of users really spend time and put their efforts in creating something nice with all what they can. It is always like that when as a tutor the task is given and then you can see who can develop themselves and who has no chances. That is why to give a bit of direction and advise, guidance will help to encourage some of the users and who knows we may get surprised and see real development.

In my opinion, everyone who submitted their work deserves an open frank advise from our Board of Professional Artists, of course, we should not be hash, but we should still point at area that could be developed within the ability of the user. I believe everyone will appreciate it.

Thank you for your post and your patience, I read the comment chain under my last post :)

Dear @steemcurator02, I would appreciate if you could support this post of our Jury of first WOX Steemit community Challenge for his work and many comments that he had done under the entry posts. Thank you,

Yes, Jorge, you did a great job, you did it honestly and in full. This is a lot of work and we are all grateful to you for it.
Such contests show the social cross-section of our participants, their motivation, goals and opportunities. This event is useful in every way.
The situation is very similar to the situation with commenting. There are formal posts \ comments (in the hope of it is not clear what), but there is also a very serious honest approach.
Based on the results obtained, we can adjust our future work. We will keep responsible users in mind.
If you would recommend someone of the contestants for the beginner support program, I would be very grateful to you.

Thank you, friend!
I'll think about it... I'm not sure what criteria to use.

The main criterion is the potential of the participant in every sense. We need creative candidates. Just think about who you would like to support.
