Photo contest: post processing #10 --- results
The tenth stage of the competition has ended and the time has come to sum up its results. I am doing this because the task in the competition was two photos proposed by me.
All the contestants turned my nondescript photos into very interesting images, and I choose the winner of the contest work of the author @rut-ru
@rut-ru managed to make a processing very different from the state of the original, but at the same time it turned out that it could be so in certain weather conditions and time of day. I know the place depicted in the picture well, but I have never been there at night on a full moon with a clear sky. Thanks to the transformation made by @rut-ru, I was able to visit there in new conditions. In this place, nothing really prevents me from seeing the starry sky in its full depth, because there are no illuminated villages nearby, and the Moon would illuminate this object from exactly the same direction.
The original:
The rest of the participants surprised me with the transformations of my second photo. The fantasy of the author @esthersanchez offered us such a development of events:
According to the same original, several more transformations were proposed. I liked the work of the participant @weisser-rabe, with the replacement of the image in the window opening. I have no doubt that such a thing could have happened there once or may happen in the future, but I also understand the whole philosophical background., which served for this supplement.
It is quite possible to agree with this, although there is almost nothing left of the original photo in this image. But the fact that my simple photo could serve as such an explosion of emotions, of course, pleases :)
The original:
I thank the participant @ty-ty for sharing his thoughts watching and studying this section of the wall in my photo. This can't be uninteresting.
The author's @alexey1976 imagination allowed him and us to participate in the movement in space and time, which in general are the same for everyone.
It remains to mention the work of the participant @manuelgil64, who attempted to use both of my photos in one image. It seems to me that this also turned out to be interesting. Some kind of swirling space.
In conclusion, I would like to mention the works of the organizer of this contest: @bambuka, who also could not resist changing them somehow. He processed one of the photos so that it became so rich in the play of light and shadow, and a variety of reflexes. I didn't expect that the place could become just so beautiful.
He dramatized my second photo to the limit. I also really liked it and thank you for such a lesson.
In general, this contest seems to me very interesting and useful. It's good that we have it, but I would like to attract more participants to it. I hope that this will happen in the next, 11th stage.
Congratulations @rut-ru. Excellent work!
I appreciate the mention among my other colleagues @lllllll1ll, thanks for the opportunity!
Thanks! You surprised us too)
Actually for me it would have been a surprise if you didn't win and yes, I can imagine the surprise about my edition. Well, it has been a pleasure to spend some time among great photographic artists.
Congratulations to @rut-ru! A well-deserved winner and I still love the tantalisingly fairytale-like scenery she has created.
