Dozens Injured in IDX Building Floor Collapse
Jakarta: Dozens were injured after a stuctural collapse at the second floor of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Building during the midday break.
"There are no fatal casualties but there are multiple injuries," IDX president director Tito Sulistyo
"The market is normal and the Jakarta Composite Index is green," he added.
The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) increased by 0.04 percent or 2.72 points to 6,372.78 at the end of the first session.
According to RTI, the transaction volume was about 11.68 billion shares worth around 3.03 trillion rupiahs.
Moreover, as many as 176 stocks were up, 131 were down and 129 were unchanged.
