the fact that our heart keeps beating that we get to spend another day more and then another and so that's not living, because that's simply to be alive to breathe being in the world is just that and nothing else, but when we make the most of every moment when we get through all the barriers that the world puts you and enjoy the possessed that's living.  

 but we will only be able to live in fullness when we accept who we are when we value all that we have and stop worrying about what they will say, and concentrate on being free beings.... 

  A few months ago I was going through a very hard stage of which while I was trying to make things right and get out of it for a good time for some reason when I was about to achieve everything I collapsed and had to start again to another and another attempt and at the end I couldn't achieve anything for a few moments I managed to overcome myself and it seemed that everything was going well but again everything was ruined that was causing me a lot of stress and I felt desperate.... and if maybe that despair and those negative thoughts are the ones that make me fall down every time I want to escape?   

 and so it was so every time we leave a place without first resolving the internal conflicts to the end of life itself will make you come back if it will not be destiny but it is so, and it also happens that sometimes we want something so much and we want it with so much despair that we do what we do to get it and the way until that way until we want so much becomes so long and we fall into anxiety, is so we are human and we have many emotions that we can not control. 

      Sometimes we feel drowned by problems that we can't find a solution to and in reality we are only distracted and we don't realize all that we have of those people are few or many but they are always there for us of our family our friends those loved ones that fill your soul with happiness. the word of God tells us that God will provide.... so why don't we just stop being alive and we'd better weigh in and live?...
