眨眼之间天就暗了下来

我是按照自己的个人口味准备了材料：红枣、枸杞、梨、玫瑰花、冰糖、鸡蛋

全部材料都洗一下 除了冰糖

把梨切开去核

全部都放在养生壶里。水放九分满。剩下5分钟左右把冰糖放进去。鸡蛋打散放进去。
