Do you know what is it? I bet you'd never guess it!
In the process of making sour cabbage, you basically HODL the cabbage in this liquid for weeks.
Eventually when cabbage gets ready, you depart it from water and there you go - you have yourself a super liquid filled with vitamins and minerals!

This is interesting... So is the liquid fresh clean water to start with or do you start with anything added to the water?
I can imagine the vitamins and minerals deposited from the cabbage will be so beneficial for health.
