Hi Steemit family!

I know many of you have very good careers and titles in your life. I know that you've worked hard to achieve those lives you've wanted for years. How do I know them? Because who I usually meet is always talking about the same subjects.
These issues are money, power, ambition, career, desires ... etc. These feelings never feed your soul, don't you? On the contrary, most of the time you think you are stretched even more if you succeed. You usually hear the word that someone who has a good career has " I have a very busy and stressful job."

So why don't we give a little bit of value to ourselves, to our soul and to our body in this difficult life? Why are we always afraid to lose?

I think the last question should be the first question we have to question. Yes, why are we afraid to lose?

In fact, the answer to this question is quite simple. Because we are warned from many sources that if we fail financially in this life we may lose all our lives. In fact, we start to be warned by this fear by everyone or everything in our lives. First, our own family unintentionally begins to convey their fears to us. Then the education system in schools directs us to material success and suggests that if we fail, we will be a lost person in life. And other people around us are supporting this stressful situation by reflecting their fears to us.


As you can see, the stress of the life you are in is actually starting from your childhood. You are aware that anxiety, fear and anxiety are of high dimensions in current days. Stressful life puts our health in danger.

These are the most common problems I have ever seen. However, apart from these problems, the irregularity in our general life increases, and most importantly, we begin to feel unhappy life.

SO WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

In recent years, there is a word frequently heard is awareness. This word tells us to look at the world in a different way. The most important thing in this life is our own good feeling no matter what happens in our lives. That is why we need to increase our awareness. So what should we do?

🙂 Realize beauty in nature

🙂 Value yourself and stay away from sad situations

🙂 Create a sleep pattern and start your day early

🙂 Do sport, yoga or meditation

🙂 Focus the moment and don't catch the moment

🙂 Enjoy whatever you're doing and focus it
