A Selfie to Your Heart

People usually smile when they take a
picture, or when they paint a self-portrait,
trying to demonstrate with their facial

expressions that their emotional state is of joy.
In the case of the portrait of "La Gioconda" (in
Spanish "La Alegre"), Leonardo Da Vinci shaped Mona Lisa looking
for an effect in which the smile disappeared when looking directly at it
and reappears only when the view is fixed in other parts of the picture.
The play of shadows reinforces the feeling of confusion that produces
the smile. It is not known if he really smiles or shows a gesture full of
bitterness. With the passing of the years, trying to discover the mood of
the model during the posture was used a software specialized in the
"measurement of emotions" which was applied to the painting to obtain
relevant data about its expression.

The conclusion
reached by the program was that Mona Lisa is 83%
happy, 9% disgusted, 6% fearful and 2% angry. If you
were to submit a picture of yourself to software like
this, do you think it would reveal the truth? Would it
show or determine your true state of mind? Would you
fear that your real emotional condition will be
revealed? It would be crazy to think that everyone who
smiles is happy. If you could take a picture of your heart, doubts
would dissipate, appearances would be exhausted, only your
essence would be reflected, what you really are, what you really
feel. There would be no facial hiding place to hide your emotional
state. Today it is not clear what the mood of the Gioconda was, it is
somewhat uncertain, due to the mystery that seizes the painting.
BUT, what if you can be sure and verified, that when your heart is happy and satisfied you will
radiate through your pores rays of happiness, light will emanate from your eyes and the best
smile will emerge, the one that leaves your heart, proving that the Happiness is from the inside
out. I encourage you to daily take a selfie to your heart and analyze the percentage of bitterness,
sorrows, worries, anxieties that you possess, and start, try, decide to arrange it so that it looks
beautiful, free and fully happy in yourself. Do not be like the Mona Lisa, clearly define your
mood, do not let your smile show divided negative percentages, works because it is 100% Joy
and it infects others around you.
