Nowadays, we always hear things about caffeine: its advantages and disadvantages. I always get asked why I don't usually drink coffee or any caffeinated drink. In this blog, I will tell you the reasons why WE SHOULD STOP DRINKING CAFFEINATED DRINKS.
● It will cause problems in our cardiovascular system.
Caffeine increases the blood pressure in our body. It was believed that caffeine could block a hormone that keeps the arteries widened. It also increases the risk of heart disease.
● It will cause stress.
Did you know that caffeine induces stress? Yes, caffeine increase the stress hormones in our body. Instead of getting some caffeinated drink to get energized, it gives us stress that would make us unproductive all throughout the day.
● It will cause heart palpitation.
Try drinking strong caffeinated drinks and you'll feel that your heart seems to go out from your chest. Yes, this is true. Caffeine causes irregular beating of our heart.
● Always drinking caffeinated drinks will cause caffeine addiction.
Many people have experienced to live a life that a day won't last without drinking coffee or any caffeinated drinks. This is a serious case. Being addicted to caffeine is of no good. As much as possible, minimize caffeine consumption while you are still young.
