The setting sun

Taking for granted life is maybe one of the typical mistakes, we as humans come up with, everytime the sunlight kisses us, everytime the wind blows our hair or anytime we consume water. But for at least one of us that don't appreciate, one million people would consider it a privilege.

We are so used to what's around us that we don't cherish it enough, we don't take advantage of it as we should and end up complaining about that one thing that's missing.

Tonight I reckon it's fair enough to value and cherish what we have, to the tiniest piece of bread to the most expensive device we own. Be grateful and give back, cause' you never know what you have until you lose it. I know it's cliché, but why wait till it's gone or no longer with you to take advantage of the space we own, the people we count on.

At the end, the most hurtful feeling is to feel like you've lost opportunities, like you had chances you didn't take, roads you didn't hit. And that's only because regrets are painful self claims. So I say, the healthiest thing we could do is avoiding, at all cost, regrets.

If you have the sea near you, just get up early and watch the setting sun coming up from the east. Breath the salty air and play with sand.
If you have the woods near, go for a walk into them, and listen to the sound of the dancing leaves along the rhythm of the wind.
If you have the mountains near, explore them, live them. Let them guide you up above to the clouds and let them show you the most exquisite skies, dawns and dusks you've ever seen.

It's in you.

Don't misunderstand the sound of your feet upon the ground.

Don't exist by existing, but by living.

Seek your inner peace every five minutes. Understand that you're hard to satisfy cause' once the sink has given you a ton of water you will want a hundred more.

The majority of your problems only exist inside your mind. You just have to listen, accept them, understand and move on. And always give yourself the right amount of time, cause' there's nothing more wise than understanding we behave mostly as pedant stupid people, needing to grow up and heal, which requires some time.

Raise yourself. Try to accept the bad and hold on to the good.
Embrace joy by finding it in you memory, by filtering your thoughts.

Teach your soul to be comfortable when your body, apparently, doesn't have the conditions. Cause' believe it or not, the conditions you have, are just enough.

Tomorrow will be another day, the setting sun will wash up darkness giving you another chance to try.
