The problem with school is creating alot of white sheep who need a leader to follow instead of being leaders themselves.
Here in africa it's even worse, most graduates appear the most incompetent even when they have degrees, after mastering the art of cramming theories into their heads, that's all they can think of in their entire lives. This even forces some to go for master degrees because the real world is kinda unrealistic to them.
Personally i think school has killed just too much potential talents in kids.
We can't say any immediate change can happen soon, the education system has been here for centuries and people are just realizing it's faults, guess too it will take sometime to make a change.
Surprisingly, nowadays the number of dropouts increases each year.
