Holarchy of sciences

I appreciate science a great deal but when it comes to putting things together, western science is pretty archaic in its practices, and in need of a generation of polymaths.
Imagine taking the English language and breaking it down into individual groups of people studying just the verbs and nouns etc. Then making it so each group could only speak using what they were studying. There would be no coherent language until the groups combined parts. Once the internet polymaths start to produce tangible breakthroughs which create coherence between sciences, I think a positive feedback loop will develop.
What I mean by that, is when all sciences start working together then a discovery in chemistry will lead to a discovery in biology and physics, which will then lead to a breakthrough in cosmology, which leads to advances in psychology and culturology.
Memetics is the pre-cursor to culturology which is the missing link in the chain which creates the positive feedback loop in the future. Achieving this positive feedback loop through the culture sciences is the keyhole which unlocks the door to a cycle of rapid human advancement.
