Test of time.

In the lane of success, time is an important factor. Time is so crucial that everything revolves around it.
Organizations, individuals government understand time that's why they pay for the time of service rendered.
However, Some organizations pay solely for the time their staff has given in to develop the organization.

Time is also regarded as a true test of character, most likely not everyone can really detect another's character within a short period of time and guarantee the character of another.

The length of time has a way of revealing peoples true character.
That's one reason organisation may want to put people under probation in order to know them properly.

The beautiful thing about time is that it is fair it has no favorite it does not give more time to any individual richest or poorest, strongest or weakest, good or bad, time gives us equal seconds, minutes and as well as it does not care about anyone.

People change with time. Just that people are always too surprised when they see a trusted friend or lover change over a period of time not knowing its the time test.

Time has it own way of testing everything.

In our secondary school days, we had a coach in our football team who would always train us to exercise for a very long time sometimes he will make sure we jog round the field for over an hour and would ask us to always do it every week. It was not very pleasant as at then because we wanted to play football and coach always would ask us to exercise for long period of time.

We didn't understand why he did that, we became
use to the exercise with time and soon it became our culture. During the preparation for secondary finals, our coach increased the number of training.
We played very well, and we qualified for the finals.
When It was the day for the final match we had to play one of the most skillful clubs in the tournament. The club played skillful football they scored first and we equalized the game. The first ninety minutes, it looked like we where just starting we where not tired, at all and we where too physically fit for them we scored two more goals during the extra time and we secured victory in the tournament.

After the test of time, the strength of each team proved who was stronger.

Test of time of commitment: Many people might be committed for moments, the amount of time spent on a particular activity reveals the test of time invested.

Question:

How much time is you willing to spend in order to develop that great dream or vision that is inside of you?

Time is one of the price anyone must pay to show his or Her commitment levels.
The more time and individual put into a practice, Discipline,religion etc. determines the individual commitment.

Test of time of trust: it may take several years for people to be able to trust you. Trust is not given it is tested.

Time is one of the price anyone must pay to show is or Her commitment levels. They put the employee in a period probation of time to be able to ascertain if the employee is productive in its period of testing.

Trusting anyone is a function of time that has been spent to understand the person.

Test of time of Discipline: the time of Discipline is not a very sweet time the body does not naturally likes to be disciplined.

Let's take for example the time one should always exercise the time spent exercising is not a very sweet time it is very painful. However if you can pass the test of time for exercising by disciplining yourself to exercise regularly you will eventually overcome sicknesses as well as You will overcome obesity and you will get the desired body structure, you want and you will begin to live a life that's alert.

People are seemingly not patient enough to be able to go through the test of time of Discipline because its hard.

Every one eventually goes through the test of time.
