This is short little track

and was an attempt to create a weird sort of beat using samples I had of various noises: chains, cash registers, coins falling, Indian drums, etc. I wasn't sure what else to build up around it, so I added some ambient weirdness with a few tracks, but really this song is all about the percussion. Let's get into it!

Tracks 2, 3 and 4 are the drums

which I tripled and panned a bit differently to give it a little more oompf. There are 2 parts, blue and grey. Blue is a simpler beat, and Grey sort of fills in the gaps a little bit more and gets a bit heavier. I was actually pretty surprised how some of these sounds turned out, they worked great as a weird, sort of industrial beat (industrial as in factory sounds, not NIN, lol).

Tracks 1, 5 and 6

essentially just play a low C initially, then play a full C minor chord with an extra octave on top. They are all ambient synth sounds, which don't really establish a harmony in C minor, just sort of add some noise to the background. The last track is #7, which is a Tuvan Throat Singing Sample. This instrument can't be 'played, as it just drones on the same note constantly, so I screwed with the octave setting, dropping it down and up 3 octaves sort of at random. Gave it a cool, digitized sort of effect.
