I love this time of year, the bitter cold, all the beautiful snow, hot fires and enjoying nature. I know, I know, some people hate the cold. I personally think id miss it if I lived somewhere without all 4 seasons. To each their own!

One place I have been lucky enough to enjoy many great times is in Northern Wisconsin at my parents cottage. Nothing like sitting around the warm fire indoors of course! The river freezes up and makes for great photos. In the summer its great for fishing too!

As always the photographer in me got in a few good shots. So without wandering off into memory land ENJOY! :)
