City Of Zion (COZ) is a group of open source developers that formed to support NEO. We provide weekly reports that summarize our goals, projects, and progress. In exchange, the NEO Council is supporting these contributions through NEO rewards.

Neon JS SDK:
- Refactor to support new 0x transaction naming.
Neo Python
- initial work on compiling smart contracts written in python
- Added ability to compile, test deploy, and test invoke all in one step, which aids in the fast development of smart contracts
NeoScan
- Start of design concept implementation
- Code review for fee calculation
- Testnet server setup
Documentation
- Japanese translations of Java documents, general improvements
- Improved English documentation
Neo Go SDK
- Elliptic curve implementation.
- Base58 encoding.
- More unit tests.
- Deriving a public address from a private key (WIF).
Neo Swift SDK
- Attributed Raw Transactions
- Transaction History
- Account State
- Remove all third party dependencies
- Dynamic framework (One build for both device and ios Simulator)
