Pala (Myristica fragrans) comes from the easternmost islands of Banda Maluku Indonesia, whereas in Aceh itself only in South Aceh this plant thrives and becomes one of South Aceh people's income source. Nutmeg seed is usually used as a spice kitchen, traditional medicine, massage oil and the making of perfume
