Gardening Time With Me| Photos Of Plants We Have
There's no such thing as perfect day to tend the plants if they are calling out for you. Even the uninvited grasses displayed their beauties on my trip outside.
The sky seems to be preparing to shower the earth. The sun didn't show up the whole day. It was not even 5 o'clock yet but it seems like it's already passed 7.
I headed outside to check on the plants, I've been excitedly keeping an eye on what color the snapdragon flowers would be as they continue to form shape, preparing to open its brand new petals for us to admire. I think it would be yellow.
The potted pink rose is flowering, young acetava plants that self sowed are doing great with their young green leaves that seems to be aiming for the sky, the miniature garden with the artillery fern is doing well too. The soil doesn't need to be soaked as I just watered yesterday afternoon. I focused more on pulling out weeds and spinach that aren't doing well on the hanging basket and some pots, deciding to transplant one of the chamomile I bought from the 99 Cents store. I got two and they're ready to flower.
Chamomile soon to flower. Transplanted in a pot - May 29
The white petunia I put down here is doing a lot better here than on a hanging planter. I took off the dried flowers too. One more white petunia is ona hanging basket.
Glancing at the peppermint on a hanging basket above the New Zealand tea tree and petunia, it's rewarding to see it's doing well than last year. I just have to watch it from the aphids as it has been a favorite for these little garden trouble makers.
Just next to the petunia is the climbing spinach, wide awake on the warm weather and ready to climb up.
Another climber won't be left behind asking more for something to wrap their tendrils on, the bitter melons.
I scan the surroundings, a quick look to check which of the pots I can use as few have plants and grasses that needs to be taken care of. The garden work isn't finished yet, I have the spot I have to prepare just for the bitter melon and the climbing spinach to have their own space.
One of the young acetava plant has flowers. I have to snap few photos for some contest and of course, to add in this post.
Something else got my attention. It also reminds me of one episode I just watched last week on how plants send out their baby seeds. This one in a few days would all be gone and travel wherever the wind takes them.
The wind is getting colder and I need to get back inside, but the sage is always a beauty with its purple flowers every time we head outside or head back inside being in a pot just near the side door. I just have to take a photo of it as well.
Saying yes to mom's request, here they are - the kulitis seeds. I was planning to get the tiny seeds out so I could just put them in a small container as well, but there are little green thorns that pricks. So never mind.
Hope this little trip of me outside filled you with nature's beauty. They're just outside your own garden too, all you need to do is step outside.
With that, one more photo to end this Steemit post.

You have a beautiful garden). I also have the same mint and petunia.
Thank you. 😄 My mom and I try to keep it as neat and healthy as possible, as it is a nice place to just sit and enjoy watching the hummingbirds.
