I understand the sentiment, but I don't think that you can push people to be creative. You can tease it out of them in a way, but you'd have to create a safe space within which to create.

Interesting perspective. I was thinking part of creating a safe place to create is encouragement to create.

I think people are bound to be creative. Encouragement can help some, but is not really needed. Perhaps something like shared joy in the creation, for example, when my daughter makes a 'painting' (she's two and a half), we talk about how beautiful it is, even though I don't think we will keep all of them. :P
