New Raw Food Recipe Ingredient!

We have just come out with the first 100% Raw Sunflower Lecithin Powder!

Yep, that's right! Cold-pressed, non-GMO, Certified Organic with zero solvents or additives, and 100% Raw! I have never seen a lecithin source that is 100% raw and this pure until now. We had the option to get a much cheaper Sunflower Lecithin that was actually certified organic and "cold-pressed", but it had a high heavy metals and apc (aerobic plate count). This is the real deal!

Just wait until you see what you can do with this 100% Raw emulsifier ingredient in raw food recipes! Emulsifying means it enables fat and water to mix, which keeps the ingredients from separating. This makes the recipe ultra-creamy and gives it that almost fluffy texture.

This is one of the best kept secrets in making raw chocolate, raw ice cream, raw cheese cakes, creamy almond milk, creamy smoothies, salad dressings and everything else raw under the sun.

Now... you can actually use a lecithin product and maintain the 100% raw integrity of your raw food recipes.

Later this afternoon, I will share with you the best raw frosting and raw ice cream recipes that you can use your raw sunflower lecithin in. The image at the top of this newsletter is the raw frosting, and the ice cream is in the image to the right!

For most raw recipes, simply add 1-2 tablespoons.

For almond milk add 1 tablespoon of our Sunflower Lecithin if you want it to yield a new level of creaminess.

Many chocolate makers use lecithin in their raw chocolates. It makes it so the fats don't collide together, keeping the chocolate and the filling to themselves. It pretty much helps hold the structure together. On top of that, it will give the chocolate a better and smoother feel in your mouth.

It's the same thing if you add our sunflower lecithin to nut butters. The lecithin will make the nut butter feel smoother in the mouth and help it not separate.

This is an extremely pure 'top of the line' 100% raw sunflower lecithin powder.

I take this product every single day now for nutritional purposes, because it is a precursor to the Neurotransmitter Acetylcholine, and the pineal gland contains more lecithin than any other body part. Sunflower lecithin provides 25% more choline than soy lecithin, and if you take a half of a serving like me (2 teaspoons/5 grams) per day, then you are getting almost 2x's above the suggested daily recommendations. This sunflower lecithin tastes way better than soy lecithin, and has a mild sunflower taste.

Stay tuned for these recipes the newsletter I send this afternoon.
