Stir-Fried Mushrooms and Broccoli
Broccoli is a type of vegetable that is suitable to be cooked with other vegetables, one of which is with mushroom type button mushroom or white mushroom.
How to cook broccoli and mushrooms is also very easy and it feels too yummy! Broccoli and sauté mushrooms can be a dish choice as a complement to rice, especially for Indonesians.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 red chili (or adjust to your taste)
- 1 cup of fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bunch of broccoli, cut into pieces
- 150 ml of water
Addition to make the sauce become thick
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 3/4 cup vegetable broth
or you can only use one pack of instant oyster sauce that is easily available at a grocery store
Cooking Instructions
- Heat oil or butter, then saute garlic and onion.
- After the onions are fragrant, add the red chili, broccoli, mushrooms, and water.
- Add thickener sauce or instant oyster sauce.
- Cook until broccoli and mushrooms soft, and gravy thickens.
- Lift and serve with rice.

Cara memasak brokoli dan jamur ini pun sangat mudah dan rasanya pun yummy! Brokoli dan jamur tumis bisa menjadi pilihan sajian sebagai pelengkap nasi, khususnya bagi orang Indonesia.
Saya membagikan resepnya untuk Anda. Yuk simak cara membuat Tumis Brokoli dan Jamur
Bahan-Bahan
- 3 sendok makan minyak zaitun atau 1 sendok makan mentega
- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
- 2 siung bawang merah, cincang halus
- 1 buah cabai merah (atau sesuaikan dengan selera Anda)
- 1 cangkir jamur segar, diiris
- 1 tandan brokoli, potong-potong
- 150 ml air
Tambahan untuk membuat kuah menjadi kental
1 sendok makan tepung maizena
1 sendok teh gula
1 sendok teh kecap
3⁄4 cangkir kaldu sayuran
atau Anda bisa hanya menggunakan satu kemasan saus tiram instan yang mudah didapatkan di toko bahan masakan
Petunjuk Memasak
- Panaskan minyak atau mentega, lalu tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah.
- Setelah bawang harum, tambahkan cabai merah, brokoli, jamur, dan air.
- Tambahkan pengental kuah atau saus tiram instan.
- Masak hingga brokoli dan jamur lunak, serta kuah mengental.
- Angkat dan sajikan dengan nasi.
