Facing Huge Problem at Work

We had a huge problem at work; I work at Feedmill manufacturing company and it accepts tollers and we had 3 tollers for now and one of them provides their own raw materials for feed milling.

Now came the inventory counting and they thing there was a huge inventory missing. A total of 177,000 kilos was missing based on their system tso the plant manager stepped in to solve the problem.

We don't really think it was missing since nothing come in and out unaccounted and we also noticed that the toller's inventory is not precise. One more problem is that the personnel that is in charge of the raw materials inventory in both parties is gone; one transferred to another destination and one passed away last year. The new in charge is now having difficulties in tracing back the documents and got me on board.

The plant manager wanted it to be solved as soon as possible so he formulated plans on what to do next, he accepted my suggestion of tracing back to the documents when Irene was still in charge since there were documents signed by both parties.

What I personally admired abot our plant manager is that he is willing to be crucified just to save us from the cruelty of our boss.

I just hope that this will be over soon and that the result of what we planned to do will favor us.
