Current state of the yellow vest revolution

Right as I left, protests flared up again all over France, not just paris.

The people in Paris support the yellow vests, but condemn the violence.

Having been there, I can assure you, any violence on the side of the yellow vests is in response to police provocation. Self defense, if not the snnapping of a cornered animal. The only reason it isn't more frightening to be there, is because there are so many camera's, so many people livestreaming what's happening that the government wouldn't get away with hurting people.

That's the only reason. On a scale of zero to Ukraine 2015, france is between a 4 and a 6 depending on who you ask. Saturday was still a party. Sparks were flying, and sunday, it seems the flames were tentatively looking to talk hold of the scaffolding of society.

You need about 3% for a revolution to happen. Does that mean 3% in the streets or can you include people sharing posts and voicing support at a discounted rate? Either way, this critical mass is not out of reach.

The question is, how barbaric is this situation going to get before we reach that point, and what will that mean for the stability of a united europe.
