WHY SHOULD WE EXPLORE THE **SPACE**
YOU SEE THOSE BEAUTIFUL STARS, THE BEAUTIFUL MOON AND MAY EVEN FIND (IF YOU ARE VERY LUCKY) THOSE SHOOTING STARS.
BUT HAVE YOU EVER GAVE A THOUGHT, WITH A DIFFERENT AND A DEEP PERSPECTIVE THAT LET'S FIND OUT WHAT IS "THERE" ACTUALLY. LET'S "EXPLORE" THIS BEAUTIFUL "SPACE" THAT WE SEE FROM EARTH. YOU WILL FIND REASONS, ONCE YOU READ THIS ARTICLE.
SO LET'S FIND OUT THAT WHY YOU SHOULD EXPLORE THE SPACE (very few yet very important reasons):
1.RESEARCH AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES:
Who had thought that we humans could ever make to the outer space until 1969 when NASA sent commander Neil
Armstrong with its Apollo 11 mission to the moon! From then on there was no looking back. The new technologies were
on demand and the interest about outer space was pacing at exponential rates. Well how can we forget life saving
technologies like GPS,accurate weather prediction, solar cells, cameras! Now a days people are even doing research
on space exploration for curing diseases and prolong human lives.
2.THE BACKUP: COLONIZATION !!
Well we are very aware of the fact that the population of this planet has increased tremendously. It has already
exceeded 7 billion.!! Thus the resources will decrease at a huge extent (which is happening right now) and we have to
find a solution about this very massive problem. Thus the scientists have found out the way to have a "BACKUP"
place for preservation of humanity. Now a days, the scientists are trying their very best to find such backup places such
as "MARS", so that humanity survives no matter what happens to Earth.
3.SPACE MINING:
Due to the developments of new technologies leads to the increase of strain on natural resources. The extraction of
valuable minerals has led to a host of problems, including environmental damage and human exploitation, but there’s
a wealth of precious materials in space. There are even startups like Planetary Resources who are trying to mine
asteroids instead of earth which would lead to an effectively unlimited supply of raw materials that are rare on Earth.
