[CONTEST]OF THE WEEK SESSION 01||: the names and uses of Minor tools in monogram(plus their materials).

• Good day Steemians
  One again happy new month to everyone, although it have been a while, that I haven't post, due to how I was committed to a lot of things especially in my working place.
  I opportune share with you guys today, on my creative and educative contest. Here it goes, in todays contest I will be showing you guys the names and uses of some minor equipment or tools in monograming machine, and as well their function.

Now let me start with the body of a monogram, for some who haven't seen it before, so this is a full complete body of a monogram Machine.

The list of the minor tools in monogram include:

• A frame hook
• Flash drive
• Scissors and shuttle for down thread 🧵

While they materials used in working of a monograming design, weather school logo or native design, or even writeup of words depending on work seen in the machine system.
In other words the included;

• Gum stir

• Embroidery thread

• Strong white material

• Down thread, shuttleand machine oil for embroidery, although it is supposed to be at the position of the tools.

• FIRSTY I START WITH THE MINOR TOOLS

FRAME HOOK

These are type of facilities that came along with the monogramming machine, it is in different types, we have the biggest hook, the one that comes after it, is called bigger hook, next one after that, is called normal big hook. As well as the small types; small,or medium, next one is named smaller, I think is that one that is hooked with a yellow material after the white hooked cloth which is medium or small hook.
After that, the smallest one which it's normally called smallest hook. All this are cured frame whereby some are four corners and round in type. The all helps to enhance a good straight switches and plan surface as a laying plates when running on machine.

THE FLASH DRIVE

This is a hardware tools used for installing documents from a system or Laptop 💻. Then with the help of its function it allows the soft copy that was digitized from system to be seen in monogram, in it pattern of colour or design depending on the operator for him or her to know how to set everything.

DOWN THREAD AND MACHINE OIL/SHUTTLE

This is a tools called shuttle, that is used to roll on down thread 🧵 through the help of down thread hand machine. Then it's function it helps the machine through the rolled coin metal(shuttle), is normal insert under the machine engine head of both two heads, for the enable of perfect switches together with the embroidery 🪡 thread when sewing on a monogram.

SCISSORS

This is a tools, used for cutting materials like soft ones,

Not hard ones .

Now coming down to the material aspect;

GUM STIR/PAPER GUM

This is a material used on monogram machine, it use as a under lay background. In the process of After hooking a work on hook, then u now slot into the machine heads, because of in, Monogramming it have to two head, at least two head, in that two head it Normally carries under threading for the better of clothes s.

This is a material, used for sewing on monogramming, making it move fast and smart in different colour.

A STRONG WHITE MATERIAL

This is plane white and strong material that is used to do a monograming design or logo, but more especially for logo.And it helps to do work especially on a logo that is taking much time, the digitiser person to lay it out on a three line in a row, for it to be ⏩ faster before delivering it during work.
In Addition to the list of explanations, that of down thread is like a normal thread, used by an operator through a simple hand electric machine to roll or round a metal that have a center small that after rolling it, then have to put it in a shuttle, for the machine to run it through the rolling engine head, under the machine plates hook.

CONCLUSION

All these are some mechanics of monograming
Machine and all this are made for the operator usage.
