"One Picture And One Story Week #91"
Hi, Steemians!
So I like to tell stories through pictures, this is an opportunity to share my inspiring moments, let's join the Contest this time with the theme One Picture, One Story where participants are asked to upload one photo that captures a special moment when I worship at the mosque, complete with a short story that arouses my awareness and the surrounding community to always worship Allah SWT.
This time, I will participate by sharing my experience Maghrib prayer in congregation at the Al Khalifah Ibrahim Matangkuli Grand Mosque, let's see my story and pictures, then follow me by resteem and voting.
Photo of the atmosphere of congregational prayer inside the Al Khalifah Ibrahim Matangkuli Mosque, with a dense congregation, magnificent mosque lights, and a dim twilight nuance entering through the window of silence and togetherness of the Maghrib Prayer Moment at the Al Khalifah Ibrahim Matangkuli Mosque
That day, the sky began to change color when I stepped into the courtyard of the Al Khalifah Ibrahim Matangkuli Grand Mosque The sound of the Maghrib call to prayer echoed, inviting every Muslim to immediately leave their worldly activities and prostrate before Him. I performed ablution with cool water, cleansing myself before facing the Creator.
This mosque is so magnificent, with architecture that combines modern and traditional Islamic art. The large cream-colored dome, decorated with calligraphy of holy verses, seemed to welcome every congregation with friendliness when I entered, the soft green carpet was already spread out, and several congregations began to fill the front rows.
I chose a place in the middle, adjusting the distance with other worshipers so that the rows remained close together, the voice of the imam reading the Al-Fatihah letter echoed solemnly followed by the roar of "Aamiin" from the entire congregation, in that silence I felt a peace that is difficult to express in words, every movement of the rukuk prayer, prostration, sitting between the two prostrations felt so solemn.Around me, there were various types of people, old, young, children, even a grandfather who struggled to sit in a wheelchair still joined the congregation, this is the beauty of Islam, togetherness regardless of status.
After greeting, we prayed together, the soft voices of the congregation asking for forgiveness and sustenance touched my heart, I took the time to remember God for a moment before finally saying goodbye to the mosque, this moment reminded me that in the midst of the hustle and bustle of life, there are times that we must set aside to remember God. And Al Khalifah Ibrahim Matangkuli Mosque has become a witness to how beautiful togetherness is in worship.
Hopefully this contest can be meaningful to stemians and all the community, hopefully it will be useful for other stemian friends in carrying out the syiar of prayer and worship, God willing, it will run smoothly, hopefully this support will produce many inspiring stories for me in writing 🚀
I would like to invite my friends @ulfatulrahmah @paholags @pecintabunga20 @josepha @okera-blessing and @kafio to participate.
