BETTER LIFE | THE DIARY GAME | 26MAR2025 | Rest from physical activities as my body needs it 💪🫀

Today, I woke up again 5:55 in the morning from my alarm today. But I just decided to go back to sleep and just rest from my morning walks and workouts as I really feel not like doing any physical activities right now. So I just go back to sleep again and wake up again an hour later.

When I got downstairs, I started to think of what I would do today, if I would just do some workouts or not. But as I was thinking this, my chest starts to feel like there's something weighing on it that my breathing starts to go deep and slow. So I just decided to juts make myself a cup of coffee and just play with my phone while I figure out what's happening in my body.

I think that it's caused by the change of medicine that I did on this last few days. Like the medicine that I'm taking now is not that much effective as of what my doctor has given me. But to answer this I need to consult my doctor about this.

After that I picked the food that I want my brother to cook for our lunch and started to get some clothes in my cabinet to change after I take a bath. But I cooked us some rice first.

After everything is cooked and ready on the table (my brother cooked another ulam for us to eat also), my brother continued to watch the remaining episodes where he left of in Yellowstone season 5. He also informed me that a main character has left the picture in the series and there's some investigation about it if it really is how the character died in the series.
We have some speculation about it that the character is not really dead but just a double of the character in the series because the didn't show the profile or face of the character when it's being autopsied or being viewed when the scene on how the character dies in the show. In all of those scenes, they don't really show the characters face, it's always blocked by another character or a cloth. But we will see if there will be a next season of the series.

Later in the afternoon, after scrolling and watching some YouTube videos, I craved on some flavored fries. So I looked on Grab Food on how much would it cost me to order a bucket of it. It was not that much but I was also thinking if it was worth the money that I would lose if I order this. It took me thirty minutes to think on it and I ordered it.

I was watching the latest episode of P.B.B. (Pinoy Big Brother) Collab on YouTube while I was also enjoying my bucket of fries. I've also watched some of the past seasons clips in the channel of P.B.B.

I really hope that you have much productive day than me. Though I know it's for the best of my body. And if you ever feel that you didn't to as much as today and you feel down about it. You just have to remember that you can still it for tomorrow and in the next few days.
Deadlines can be extended and adjusted, but your timeline cannot. 🍾🍷
