Worlds Easiest Chocolate Mousse

Here is a super easy and yummy Chocolate Mousse recipe
What you will need:
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
2 cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar
This recipe Serves 6
Combine first mixture of sugar and water in a heavy-based saucepan.
gently heat, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved.
bring to the boil and DO NOT STIR.
leave syrup to boil until it has turned golden in color.
Divide syrup evenly among six individual ramekin dishes.
set aside.
Heat milk until almost boiling, remove from the heat.
in a separate bowl beat eggs and second measure of sugar (2Tbs) together until pale.
Pour heated milk onto egg mixture, and stir to combine, strain.
Divide egg mixture evenly among the caramel lined dishes.
Place dishes in a roasting dish .
Pour enough water to come half way up the ramekin dishes.
Bake at 180C or 355F for 35mins or until custard is set.
Remove from roasting dish and allow to cool.
Chill overnight then unmould onto serving plates or just eat right out of the dishes
