Watch Steem Rising Again. Steem Engine is Leaving The Platform!

in #steem7 years ago

Steem is at number 27 on the Coin Market Cap website at the moment. It looks nicer if it comes near top 10. And I hope it will. Just a matter of time may be...

With cancelation of hard fork, altcoins have gotten some breathing space. Steem has been way below its deserved value for a long time now due to investors putting all their money in Bitcoin in hopes of some extra cash.

Get ready to Steem on because the Steem engine powered train is leaving the platform. I have said this many times and I say that again that the normal current value of Steem is significantly higher than it has been for a while.

Bitcoin Fork Ruined Steem's Good Run

Steem had a really good run when SMTs were announced by @ned, only to be ruined by successive Bitcoin forks. It was only wise put all the money in Bitcoin for maximum profit. But no one was going to stay in Bitcoin forever. Smart people know that there are some amazing projects based on other blockchains, such as Steem and Steemit.

Steem Will Rise!

It was unnatural for Steem to stay so low. The drop below $1 and even $0.90 wasn't because of any mishap or perceived lack of value in Steem. It was only due to the fact that being in Bitcoin was a better thing to do for a short time. However, smarter were the people who bought Steem at its lowest in last month. They are the ones who will be happy.

Steem remained $1.2 to $1.6 normally before the fork induced drop. It will go back there. I'm pretty sure about $1.5 to $1.6 and it will be achieved soon. From under $0.90, Steem is already above $1 mark and making good progress upon return of investment in Steem.

I and my colleague @jbn bought some Steem today when it was just under $1 because we knew it will shoot up. Personally, I have great hopes from Steem. I think it is a very good investment. There will be profit for those who kept faith in it.

Conclusion

Steem is here to stay and grow. Forks and FUD can bring the value down for some weeks but it cannot stay there. It has to go back up. That's why I say that...

Slowly and beautiful, Steem shall rise again!
