The Sun

We see the sun as a bright disc in the sky. It rises in the east and sets in the west. It appears the sun is moving, but it is not, It is the earth that is moving. The sun looks small because it is far away from the earth. It is far bigger than it looks. It is a huge mass of flaming matter. The sun is the father of a big family. This family is called the solar system. It consists of the planets and their satellites. Our earth is one of the planets. The sun is the central body in the solar system. The earth and other planets move around the sun. The sun is the supporter of life. It gives light and heat. No plant and animals can live without light and heat of the sun. We worship the sun as a god for its usefulness. At sunrise, everything is luminous but not clear. Sunrise the sky with pinks and the sunset with peaches. cool to warm so in the progression from childhood to old age. Sunrise is the start of something beautiful, the day. Sunset is the start of something beautiful that is night.
