@steemflow: I can understand your frustation very well. And what you have written is true by every word. Infact these low wits comes and corrupts the bright minds as well. I am saying this without taking names but we need visionaries and not person who wants milestones. There is a big difference. Visionaries are people who take things to new level, while these bootlickers will drag things to new level, leading to the frustation and dullness in envirnoment.

Hate to admit it, But that story is everywhere. The management is not willing to listen, the manager won't speak up and the poor ground level person has already lost his voice screaming on phone and at walls.
