LESSON #6: PRODUCTION OF TOILET WASH
SAFETY : As stated in LESSON # 2, ALL safety Procedure should be observed. keep all chemicals out of the reach of children and food items.
PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Clean bowl to contain 5 litres of the mixture.
- A wooden or mental rod to be used for stirring the content
PRODUCTION PROCESS OF TOILET WASH.
CHEMICALS REQUIRED FOR THE PRODUCTION:
- Nitrosol
- Sulphonic Acid
- Soda Ash { Dense}
- Caustic soda
- Industrial Salt
- Concentrated Hydrochloric Acid {HCL}
- Perfume
- Colour
- Preservative
MEASUREMENT OF CHEMICALS FOR 5 LITRE
- Nitrosol 1/8kg
- Sulphonic Acid 250ml
- Soda Ash (Dense) 1/4kg
- Caustic Soda 1/8kg
- Industrial Salt 3- T-Spoon
- Hydrochloric Acid {HCL} 1 litre
- Perfume To taste
- Colour To taste
- Preservative 10 ml or 1 T-spoon( if powdery)
PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR TOILET WASH
- Dissolve Nitosol with 4 litres of water
- Add sulphonic Acid and stir
- Add Soda Ash directly and stir
- Add Industrial Salt diluted with 100ml of water
- Dilute Caustic Soda with small quantity of water and add
- Add HCL and leave it for a while before you stir
- Add perfume,
- Add colour and stir
- Add preservative and stir
- Allow bubbles to disappear or settle before packaging for sales or use
