I don't know if it goes up or down now (i guess it will go up, though), however it doesn't matter. In long term I would not be surprised seeing BTC (and all others, of course) dethroned by NEM for multiple reasons. It's the most healthy crypto project I've ever seen and I've seen lot of them. But you know, everything can happen so invest cautiously.
NEM and Ethereum are my top 2 in terms of solid fundamentals, Ripple because of the backing of the banks, and Steemit for the user adaptation.
Bytecoin (BCN) is my favorite dark horse.
That and Digibyte boggles my mind.
No love for Bitcoin I suppose
