RE: 5 Reasons Why You Should Learn Yoga in India

in #travel7 years ago

Absolutely phenomenal post...

Somebody just posted this in the BuddyUP discord server and decided to take a little dive into your experiences here.

First off, I'd just like to say that your writing is excellent. I loved reading through and your little quirky bits like: 'I mean NOTHIN, NADA, ZILCH' & '… IT DOES NOT COMPARE TO YOUR FAKE FRUIT SMOOTHIES.' & 'It sounds like that Eat Pray Love BS' were brilliant to read, they put a smile on my face and your personality shone through there.

It sounds like India is amazing for learning about who you are, not how you perceive yourself while you're caught up in the 9-5 or constant distractions. I can see why the power figures of the world have been along and exercised their mindfulness.

I really like how you stated that the mindset and practices you learned from India will carry through with you into the future. Being here on Steemit is all about these principles. Connecting genuinely with others, engaging and communicating with people and being HUMAN. You're going to go far!

It looked likes like a different world to what I'm used to and I hope in the future I can visit India and exercise my mind. It feels like it'll be very beneficial to my wellbeing. Hopefully, my Steemit journey can support me and take me there in the near future.

I'd just like to say thank you for reminding me that the world outside my perspective is so vastly different. You seem like you have your head screwed on right and you are enjoying the true mind and body that you've been given.

I'm so pleased this was brought to my attention by @qberry in BuddyUP. I'd love to show your post in our featured channel over here. I'd also love it if you came along and joined us. I highly value your principles and mindset, I feel like you'd be a great addition to our little drop in the ocean!

Anyway, I hope you have a great day and keep up with the brilliant posting. Truly remarkable work for someone so new to the platform. :)

Wow. I'm super new to Steemit, and this just completely made my day. <3 Thank you so much for your kind words and sharing your thoughts.

It truly feels like India is on a completely different planet, but it is one I really recommend visiting--though it can have its risks.

I would definitely be open to you sharing my post. What exactly is BuddyUP?

Not a problem! Thank you for the inspiration and insight :)

It seems like it's a different place entirely, I'm super intrigued by it and I'm strongly considering it for a future trip.

If you head over to my blog and click on '[BuddyUP] : Applications open!' you'll get some more info but if you want to ask me any specific questions, ask away!
