Sunset View from the air

This picture doesn’t do it justice; the View from 30,000 feet above ground of the sunset is more outstanding than any I’ve seen from the ground.

True, there aren’t any cool silhouette (other than the wing tip of the plane) but the horizon is so much larger and more vibrant in orange.

On ground, an orange sunset seems to last only 5-10 minutes depending on sky conditions. I didn’t quite time it but the orange on the horizon seemed to last at least 20-30 minutes (double that of ground View).

Just can’t get enough of pretty sunsets since I’m usually sleeping through sunrises.
