unconditional basic income in Taiwan

In the artificial intelligence economic revolution, the production factors from the depreciation of fixed assets and the operating surplus in the proportion of national income (GDP) will gradually increase, leading Taiwan's economic activities. While society enjoys the fruits of technological progress, the supply of labor is greater than demand,resulting to structural unemployment. Workers who are unable to grade their skills will be forced to become marginalized and unfairly affected by the overall economic environment. This blog advocates the introduction of "unconditional basic income in Taiwan" so that all citizens can share the fruits of civilization  progress.
