🍌 VEGAN BANANA CUPCAKES 🍌 with a low fat ferrero rocher inspired peanut butter frosting

i have this little weird thing about bananas & peanut butter, and today, i’m happy to present to you some pretty little VEGAN BANANA CUPCAKES with a low fat ferrero rocher inspired peanut butter frosting, say whattttt!!! chocolate and peanut butter may be a match made in heaven, but you know what’s also a match made in heaven? banana and peanut butter! banana cupcakes (& muffins) – perhaps my favorite cupcake (& muffin) in all of cupcake (& muffin) land (except maybe chocolate 🍫 cupcakes (& muffins) on some occasion, but don’t tell banana or her feelings may get hurt)!// story time: as i arranged the cupcakes nicely on a fancy plate, made myself a cup of tea ☕️, and was planning to slowly enjoy my snack while i finished up some photo edits for the evening, i didn’t realise that i had inhaled 2 of them in exactly 10 seconds flat and didn’t even came up for air. anyone who has self control around the combination of pb and banana – i applaud you 👏🏻// my family are afraid to eat a lot of vegan concoctions but these smelled so good that they were willing to try these, and totally enjoyed them! vegan culinary activism for the win woohoo 🎉 ok, i’m not doing a lot of writing on this post for one reason☝🏻 i think the picture speaks for itself. what a delicious dessert! hope you’re all having a wonderful day. til we meet and eat again!
