Crazy Cloud formations

4th of September 2017. very ODD cloud formations in Peterborough Ont CAN. It looks like they are now in full control of our weather. With the use of Chemtrails Solar Geo-Engineering, GWEN towers and HARRP. Our skies have been taken away from us. How do we stop them?
