DTube: The new and better Youtube?
Well, to make it short: I think not.
Somehow DTube reminds me a little bit of Stage6, but only a very little bit (everyone is uploading everything and that includes porn).
There are some things which annoys me about DTube. First of all: No matter what you search, you will find a maximum number of 10 videos. Even if there are hundreds of videos you will find 10, not one more. No clue which 10 you will find, i guess DTube will choose which 10 Videos you will find.
If i click on a channelname in the list of the found videos to check all the videos which are uploaded on that channel i very often see that this channel hasn't uploaded any video at all. WTF?
But most annoying is if i want to watch a video and i get the message "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.". I can see that other users commented on these videos, so i guess they could watch them, but i can not.
Maybe DTube is rather new and will become better in the future. If that is the case i guess i will try DTube in the future and not now.
