@thedegensloth @zappl - I'm sorry, but I'm a little confused and mildly concerned at your ZAPPL dex shareholders (not coin holders, nor lenders?) statement.
What was stated here...
Zappl now has an asset on Bitshares and will be issuing shares of Zappl.io

...does not sound at all like the DEX asset was to be a "loan" at all. In fact, I could not find a single reference to "loan" before your latest post. The DEX ZAPPL asset, as quite clearly stated represents "shares of Zappl.io"
If any clarification was required, "beforehand" would not be now, it would have been when you conducted the crowdfund.
DEX ZAPPL holders have a 49% share of the profits of ZAPPL.IO which will be forever used to buy back the DEX ZAPPL asset.....correct? That being the case, the DEX ZAPPL asset does not represent a loan but a share of the profits of ZAPPL.IO.....correct?
Are you trying to say to your ZAPPL.IO shareholders are not holding shares of ZAPPL.INC? ZAPPL.INC being clearly interested in building other tools and I guess you are anxious to ensure that ZAPPL.IO holders do not expect a 49% share of ZAPPL.INC's profits.....though they are one and the same until you launch new profitable tools.
Please can you state/restate clearly what the schedule for the ZAPPL.IO share buyback is and that it will begin as soon as there are profits being generated and will run indefinately?
Would you mind clarifying all this please as the language in the posts is very imprecise and confusion is exactly what you created for me.

I had a good chat with @thedegensloth on discord and he's going to hopefully do another steemit post to clarify the situation with the DEX ZAPPL asset. I left feeling the language and detail issues were acknowledged and being taken seriously. I believe the intentions are honourable and that if the things discussed are implemented, I would have no cause for complaint.
We made sure to take your questions as serious as possible. And will try to get a post out explaining this is further detail.
