Welcome to Southbourne farm shop 🏬
This place is massive and sells everything that you can possibly imagine: food for both pets and their owners, flowers, frozen goods, exquisite French pottery, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, meat, seafood, eggs and milk.
However it is one of the most expensive farm shops in England that I have ever been to. How expensive some of you may wonder? A string of five garlic bulbs for example costs 37 STEEM.

A wonderful shop. I like this format of the store. But it is rare to find such shops in our country. I'll tell you a story. About 7-8 years ago, my friend, the head of the organization in which I work remotely, i.e. the company is located in Moscow, I am engaged in the maintenance of accounting programs, business automation, decided to open a store of this type selling products that are not available in regular stores. But the customers did not go to this store, although even the price of the products was specially made with a very low margin.
A year later, I saw some products in a large store, but the price there was one and a half times higher.
What is the reason that the customer did not go to our store? The reason turned out to be banal - the average customer is not used to such a layout of goods on the shelf, he is used to supermarkets with his counters.
I recently met a similar small farm shop in our city, but I rarely go there. Why? It is outside my usual route.
How very interesting 🤔 Here it’s the opposite, the people who can afford alternatives to the usual supermarket, flock to independent local markets, farm shops, etc. knowing the produce is of better quality, tastier, healthier.
Yes, I agree with you, but there are many things in our country that contradict common sense and reason.
