Hardtechno at Void Club, Berlin - AAATECHNO FORUM

Last Wednesday I went to a #hardtechno / #psytrance party at Void Club, #Berlin. Void is one of my favourite clubs in Berlin that delivers pure underground goods. If you like blood-curdling, spleen- rupturing bass lines and feeling like you’re on an invincible meth bender then this is the shit for you.

The hardtechno room had Bassbottle (Sonic Speed Records), Zak McCoy (Raw Nuts / WeLoveHT) and heavyweights PETDuo (Cause Records). You’re probably used to seeing PetDuo play to packed out festivals all over the world doing what they do best, so this intimate setting makes it an extra special rarity. They didn’t shy away from bringing an energy packed performance.

Afterwards event organiser, Zak McCoy, went on a riot train from hell serving up Silent Hill remixes and keeping it dark and tainted. It was a set not to be missed.

He regularly organises hardtechno gigs at Void Club and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking a true underground / hipster free clubbing experience in Berlin. I’ve been going to these events for the past couple of years and have never been disappointed.
