         Today's indian education system is highly exam oriented and became very competitive.this inturn has put immense pressure and stress on success academics.thus causing depression on them even leading to suicides many students.

So yoga could help to improve capability to managing stress effectively and enhance concentration and memory help.improve physical fitness and health and thought social, emotional intlectul dimensions.
