Steemit has more content creators than content consumers. What can be done about it?

This is a very, very important fact. The people who consume content on the Steem blockchain that do not have a Steem account are very important for the value of the ecosystem. The more there are such people, the more interested commercial actors will be to create content on the blockchain and spend money on Steem Power to promote it thus supporting the value of STEEM the cryptocurrency. Those who will never create an account and who only read are users, too, and we shouldn't neglect them.

The activities on readers without user accounts should be tracked at a minimum.
